Submitting a project request is not a confirmed appointment. Every project is reviewed first, and work is scheduled only after the scope is confirmed with you directly.

Quotes are based on the photos and description you provide. If conditions on site differ materially from what was submitted, we will discuss the change with you before continuing.

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule so the appointment can be offered to another homeowner.

La Costa Fix performs general home repair and maintenance work. Projects that require a specialty trade or permitted work are referred to an appropriate licensed professional.
